We are a 501c3 charitable non-profit foundation.

We are a 100% volunteer operation - none of our members are compensated and we hire no one to assist with fund-raising. Our current operating space and the utilities are donated by the landlord. Because of this model we have been exempted from the regular license required by the Charitable Solicitation Licensing Division of NCDSOS until May 15, 2012, at which time our application will be reviewed and updated.
